Con el presente proveído se da respuesta a la solicitud elevada por la Ministra del Interior, en relación con los informes requeridos en el Auto 820A/18.
En consecuencia, se accede a su petición y se establece que, los 20 días hábiles a los que hace referencia la petición se contarán a partir del cuatro de febrero de 2019.
Se aclara que el informe deberá cumplir con los requisitos mínimos establecidos en esta providencia.

- Primero. ACCEDER a la peticion elevada por la Ministra del Interior, objeto de la presente providencia, bajo los siguientes entendidos:
- (i) Los veinte (20) dias habiles a los que hace referencia la peticion, se contaran a partir del cuatro (4) de febrero de 2019;
- (ii) El informe debera cumplir con los requisitos minimos del fundamento juridico
- tercero. del presente Auto.
- Segundo. COMUNIQUESE lo resuelto en la presente providencia a la Ministra del Interior, por intermedio de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional.
